In 2008, the “FMAA “MARSMEDIA" started a long-term social project "National Medical Award”. National Medical Award - competition and the highest award for the winners of specialized medical contests, ratings and rosters.
The goal of the project - improving the social status and prestige of the medical profession in society.
The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Healthcare based on the agreement on cooperation in the framework of the project, more than 40 specialized medical NGOs. The project has created an annual roster of the best medical and academic medical institutions, nurses, administrators, teachers, journalists, philanthropists and doctors in the opinion of colleagues, government and civil society organizations, consumers of medical services. "Register of TOP100 in medicine" is formed as a result of all-Ukrainian poll of practicing physicians, based on proposals of medical associations, territorial departments of health and SMS voting. Participants in the registry "TOP100 in Medicine and nominees for the National Medical Award winners also become the core of all competitions with partner status. Among them are contests organized the first medical advertising agency: "My Doctor", "journalist and health", "Pride of Ukrainian Medicine," Medical Education " As well as competitions with partner status: "Professional skills of nurses" (Organizer: Ministry of Health of Ukraine jointly with the Association of Nurses in Ukraine), "The heart doctor" and "Medicine and Religion" (Organizer: ICF "Health of the Ukrainian people"), Best Doctor of the Year "(Organizer: Ministry of Health in conjunction with ICF" Health of the Ukrainian people ") The registry "TOP100 in Medicine" in 2009 included 3,154 doctors, nurses, administrators, medical assistants, health care, spa and diagnostic health-care facilities. In the vote was attended by over 20,000 physicians, 17 medical associations, 25 regional offices of the health care system, Military Medical Directorate Security Service, the Department of Healthcare and Rehabilitation Ministry of Internal Affairs, Medical Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Military Medical Directorate of the Armed Forces, Medical Department MIS of Ukraine.
